Ms. Mongeau has nearly two decades of experience as a registered nurse and leader in healthcare process improvement and innovation. She has led multiple teams of clinicians and administrative personnel through periods rapid change to support business growth through operational adaptability. Jen has had extensive training in Lean methodologies and application, which she has effectively used in the practice of healthcare, disability, and quality management.

When Jen isn’t navigating the seas of process improvement with her team, she enjoys being a dedicated dog mom to her two Boxers, Moose and Ruby. Jen is also an avid reader and nature enthusiast, and when she isn’t enjoying a good book or walk with her husband and dogs, she enjoys a daily yoga and meditation practice.
