MMRO’s Medical Case Management solution is a collaborative process that facilitates recommended treatment plans to assure that the appropriate medical care is provided to disabled, ill or injured individuals.  The Medical Case Management program will include, but not be limited to care assessment, including an interview with the injured/ill individual; assistance in developing, implementing, and coordinating a medical care plan with healthcare providers, as well as the employee and his/her family; and evaluation of treatment results.

The MMRO Medical Case Manager will evaluate all medical condition(s), develop and implement a plan of care, coordinate medical resources, communicate healthcare needs to the individual, monitor the individual’s progress, and promote cost effective care.

MMRO’s specialized Medical Case Management team will ensure that the injured person follows the appropriate care path to ultimately improve health and recovery that results in a favorable return-to-work outcome, lower medical costs, and improve overall satisfaction.
